I work for Omny Studio in Melbourne, Australia. We’ve also been doing this level of measurement for a while. We call it “consumption analytics” – and agree its interesting stuff. We need to standardise across the industry ASAP so everyone doesn’t all build their own version of the same thing. Art 19 is also doing work in this space – calling it “listener telemetry”.
